    Every once in a while, a rising star comes along that shines so brightly, their presence is undeniable. For his generation, Kenneth Martin is that rising star. Also known as “The Running Man,” Martin has embarked on a journey of making a name for himself as an up and coming philanthropist and young professional. Starting with his endeavor to run the L.A. Marathon, Martin is using the race as a way to raise money for non-profit organizations that he’s associated with, such as The Kenitha Foundation. As an organization dedicated to providing annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Southern California, The Kenitha Foundation’s desire is to give young people that stand out and have proven themselves as leaders a chance to attend college and excel in their pursuits.

A keen businessman, Martin also has extensive professional experience in the banking industry. He’s worked diligently toward the goal of fostering positive relationships between local banks and traditionally low-income communities. He’s held positions as a Community Relations Manager and Licensed Personal Financial Representative for major banking institutions such as U.S. Bank and Washington Mutual.

Raise in Los Angeles, Kenneth Martin is no stranger to the bright lights of Hollywood. With a budding career as an actor, model and entertainer, Martin has worked in television and print work for Christian Audigier of the Ed Hardy clothing line, Verizon, and Nike, just to name a few. He hopes to use his natural talents and genuine star quality to bring attention to and raise awareness of the causes that are important to the community.
